American Rheinmetall to deliver 12 Mission Master SP autonomous vehicles and five amphibious kits for U.S. Marine Corps expeditionary operations

American Rheinmetall received a $7.28 million contract to manufacture and deliver 12 Mission Master SP autonomous ground vehicles and five amphibious Marine Kits to the US Marine Corps. The vehicles use Rheinmetall's PATH autonomy architecture, expanded vehicle characterization and modular payload integration, while the kits enable extended operations in littoral environments. The package also includes engineering, logistics, documentation, operator training and acceptance testing for continued evaluation by the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory.
