Armoured INEOS Grenadier breaks cover for LMV bid

An armoured Ineos Grenadier Expeditionary Patrol Vehicle has been unveiled as Team Grenadier's candidate for the United Kingdom's Light Mobility Vehicle competition. The design uses a purpose-built steel cabin intended to provide STANAG 4569 Level II protection while retaining the commercial platform's mobility and supply base. Team Grenadier combines Ineos, NMS UK and SMT, with trials expected from late October 2026 and military modifications planned in Britain. The reveal marks entry into competitive evaluation, not a procurement award, and final quantities, variant mix, contract value and delivery dates remain undecided.
