Army Awards $93.6 Million To Nine Companies For NGC2 Applications

The US Army awarded approximately $93.6 million in initial one-year contracts to nine companies for applications supporting its Next-Generation Command and Control architecture. The selected vendors are General Dynamics Mission Systems, Air Space Intelligence Federal, Immersive Wisdom, LMI, Mente Systems, Stilman Advanced Strategies, Onebrief, Rune Technologies and AIR. Their applications will be deployed with US Army Pacific's I Corps as NGC2 expands to corps-level fielding. The awards cover the application layer of the new command system, distinct from separate contracts for the common data infrastructure and other components of the architecture.
