AUSA 2026: Dominion Dynamics teams with Tencore to build TerMIT UGVs
Canada's Dominion Dynamics and Ukraine's TENCORE signed an October 13 memorandum to manufacture TerMIT unmanned ground vehicles in Canada and integrate Dominion's AuraNet autonomy software. Initial Canadian production is targeted for 2027, with a TENCORE team leading technology transfer and training local technicians. The partnership also proposes an Arctic-hardened TerMIT variant for Canadian operations and NATO exports, drawing on TENCORE's reported delivery of more than 5,000 ground vehicles to Ukrainian forces since 2024. The companies are working toward definitive agreements, so the memorandum establishes an industrial and software-integration plan rather than a confirmed Canadian military vehicle order.
