BAE Systems clears design review for $1.2 billion U.S. Space Force MEO Epoch 2 missile-warning constellation of 10 spacecraft

BAE Systems has passed the critical design review for the U.S. Space Force's $1.2 billion MEO Epoch 2 missile-warning constellation. The program comprises 10 spacecraft in medium Earth orbit to track advanced missile threats including hypersonic vehicles. The milestone clears the path to full production. The constellation augments existing SBIRS and next-generation OPIR assets.
