Boeing-Anduril Team Advances In Army Interceptor Competition

The Boeing-Anduril team advanced to the next phase of the US Army's competition for a second Indirect Fire Protection Capability interceptor. Their proposed missile is intended to complement existing defenses against cruise missiles, unmanned aircraft and large, coordinated raids. Progression means the Army accepted the team's development work for continued evaluation; it is not a production award or final selection. Important details such as range, seeker design, test results, unit cost and fielding schedule remain restricted or have not been publicly released for the remaining competitive phase.
