China expands Y-20B transport aircraft fleet
China is expanding its Y-20B heavy transport aircraft fleet, an upgraded variant of the Y-20 with WS-20 turbofan engines. The Y-20B provides significantly improved range and payload over the initial Y-20A. Fleet growth enhances PLAAF strategic airlift and refuelling reach.
