China’s Huge WZ-X Stealth Drone’s Strange Wing Configuration Confirmed

New ground photographs and satellite imagery provide a clearer view of China's very large WZ-X low-observable unmanned aircraft at the Malan test complex. The images show a flying-wing design with broad inner sections, long narrow outer panels, and a shallow serrated trailing edge; open-source estimates place its span near 170 feet, broadly comparable with a B-2 bomber. The aircraft was first publicly identified at Malan in 2025, but China has not confirmed its official designation, manufacturer, propulsion arrangement, intended mission, performance, or operational status, so range and altitude claims remain analytical estimates.
