Construction of British deep space radar to begin in 2027

Construction of a British deep space radar is set to begin in 2027 as part of the trilateral DARC program with the US and Australia. The radar will track objects in deep space for space domain awareness. It strengthens allied space surveillance capacity. The site enhances monitoring of distant satellites and debris.
