Dassault Aviation tests AI algorithms on Rafale fighter jet

Dassault Aviation flight-tested two sovereign artificial-intelligence algorithms aboard a Rafale fighter, one developed internally and the other jointly with Thales' cortAIx organization. The functions form part of an effort to introduce controlled and supervised AI into the cockpit in support of the human crew, rather than replace it.
