DVD 2026: Thales UK integrates RapidRanger onto Patria 6×6

Thales UK integrated its RapidRanger short-range air-defense launcher onto a Patria 6×6 and displayed the combination at DVD 2026. The shown four-missile installation weighs about 600 kilograms, requires little intrusion into the host vehicle and could be expanded to eight rounds as a replacement for the British Army’s Stormer missile load. Thales is also studying lower-cost rockets for drone engagements, giving the modular launcher potential to combine highly capable missiles with cheaper effectors while remaining adaptable to other vehicle or palletized platforms.
