Finland tests response to Baltic undersea cable sabotage in live drill

Finland conducted a live exercise simulating sabotage of undersea cables in the Baltic Sea, testing how authorities detect damage, secure the site, investigate responsibility, and restore essential services. The drill brought together maritime, security, infrastructure, and commercial participants whose coordination would be critical during a real incident.
