GDIT secures $510m US Army task order for global C5ISR-M support

General Dynamics Information Technology received a $510 million US Army task order to provide worldwide field support for command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and mission systems. The work supports hardware and software used by deployed units through maintenance, engineering, logistics, training, and other technical services under the Army's CECOM structure. The award is a broad sustainment task order rather than a purchase of one new platform, and spending will follow the services actually ordered during performance. Because the systems are globally dispersed, field support availability directly affects unit readiness, network reliability, and mission continuity.
