Germany Cancels F126 Frigate Program, Turns to TKMS MEKO A-200

Germany has cancelled the troubled F126 frigate program led by Damen and shifted to TKMS's MEKO A-200 design. The move follows persistent delays and design issues with the F126. TKMS will deliver next-generation frigates for the German Navy. The decision strengthens Germany's domestic naval shipbuilding base.
