Germany to build additional Arrow 3 missile defence site in Bavaria as part of expanding ballistic missile shield

Germany will build an additional Arrow 3 exo-atmospheric interceptor site in Bavaria, expanding its ballistic missile shield. Follows initial northern site activation and reinforces European Sky Shield Initiative. Israeli-US-German programme provides upper-tier BMD complementing Patriot/IRIS-T layers.
