Hanwha says Chunmoo offers 290 km strike capability and flexible rocket loads for NATO countries modernising their artillery

Hanwha Aerospace is promoting the K239 Chunmoo multiple-launch rocket system to NATO customers seeking longer-range and more flexible artillery. Its launcher carries two independent pods that can mix guided rockets and missiles, including 80-kilometre rockets and the CTM-290 missile with a stated 290-kilometre reach, while an automated system supports reloading. Poland has already selected a localized Homar-K configuration, and other European states are evaluating options. The announcement describes available capability and market positioning, not a newly signed NATO-wide contract or procurement decision for any alliance member.
