Indonesia to get first KF-21 fighter jet from South Korea

South Korea is preparing to deliver the first KF-21 Boramae fourth-generation plus fighter jet to Indonesia, fulfilling commitments under the bilateral co-development and production agreement. Indonesia contributed approximately 20% of development costs in exchange for technology transfer and a portion of the production run. The KF-21 features an active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar, internal weapons bay provisions, and advanced avionics. The delivery milestone marks the beginning of KF-21's export career and validates the program's international viability.
