L3Harris says U.S. Navy partnership will expand Tomahawk production capacity

L3Harris Technologies and the U.S. Navy have entered a multi-year manufacturing agreement to expand production capacity for Tomahawk cruise missile components. L3Harris produces the Mk 135 solid-propellant booster and the missile's blast-fragmentation warhead. The public-private partnership with the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division will expand the Navy's Organic Industrial Base for Energetics and strengthen the supply chain. The agreement is intended to meet growing requirements from U.S. warfighters for current operations and future combat needs.
