Leidos wins $875 million Navy IT option covering global networks for 650,000 Navy and Marine Corps personnel

Leidos has received an $875 million second option year under the U.S. Navy's Next Generation Enterprise Network Service, Management, Integration and Transport contract. The work supports digital services for roughly 650,000 Navy and Marine Corps users, about 425,000 devices, and more than 2,500 locations worldwide, including network operations, security, and user support. Exercising the option sustains enterprise IT services for another period under the existing contract and reflects the scale of the naval network, rather than representing a new stand-alone modernization program or immediate replacement of all underlying infrastructure.
