Marshall Aerospace Nears Sale To Private Equity Firm

Marshall Group is nearing the sale of Marshall Aerospace to private-equity firm Aurelius Group. Completion is targeted for late September 2026, subject to regulatory review, including scrutiny under Britain's national-security investment regime. The business provides aircraft engineering, modification, maintenance and support services to military and government customers, making ownership and continuity relevant to sovereign capability. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the proposed transaction does not become final until required approvals and closing conditions are satisfied between the parties and transfer of ownership is completed.
