NATO MMU receives 10th MRTT

NATO's Multinational Multirole Tanker Transport Unit has received its tenth Airbus A330-200 MRTT aircraft. The shared fleet provides participating nations with aerial refueling, strategic transport, and aeromedical evacuation capacity that individual members can draw upon according to their program shares. Reaching ten aircraft expands available flying hours and operational resilience, while two further tankers are planned for delivery; the milestone demonstrates continued growth of a pooled European capability designed to reduce dependence on national fleets and strengthen NATO's ability to deploy and sustain air operations.
