Poland and Türkiye Team Up on TOLGA Air Defense to Strengthen NATO's Eastern Flank

Türkiye's MKE and Poland's PGZ signed a memorandum of understanding at MSPO 2026 to study cooperation on short-range air defence, with emphasis on integrating systems and non-kinetic solutions associated with MKE's TOLGA concept. The cooperation is intended to address capability gaps, improve interoperability and explore opportunities in the Turkish, Polish and export markets. The memorandum is not a procurement or production contract: no value, quantity, manufacturing commitment or delivery timetable was announced.
