Poland receives first Italian-built F-35

Poland has received the first of its F-35A Husarz fighters built at the Cameri final assembly and checkout facility in Italy. The aircraft is the ninth F-35 to arrive in Poland; the first eight aircraft delivered to the country were built in the United States, while eight other U.S.-built Polish aircraft remain there for training. Poland has ordered 32 F-35As, with 16 aircraft to be built at Cameri and deliveries scheduled to continue through 2030.
