Polaris expands Arctic mobility offering as US military orders grow

Polaris developed the Military 850 Voyageur 155 Crossover snowmobile in less than a year as US demand for lightweight Arctic mobility increased. The platform is configured for military passenger transport, cargo movement and towing in deep snow and extreme cold, extending the company's existing family of commercially derived tactical vehicles. Polaris says it has received orders from the US Army, Air Force and Marine Corps, although customer-specific quantities, values and delivery dates were not disclosed.
