Polish Army Uniform: K-03 Ryś Camouflage Replaces Pantera After 33 Years
Poland unveiled its new K03 Ryś camouflage uniform at the 1st Legions Infantry Division in Ciechanów on October 5, beginning replacement of the longstanding wz. 93 Pantera pattern. The five-color design uses irregular shapes intended to disrupt soldiers' outlines across woodland, vegetation and built-up environments. Developed by the Military Research and Development Center for Uniform Services with Special Forces input, the uniforms will be manufactured domestically. Initial deliveries are expected before the end of 2026, with all professional soldiers scheduled to receive the new clothing by 2028 as the Army phases out older patterns.
