Satellite images verify new strikes on two Russian airbases

Commercial satellite imagery indicates that Ukrainian FP-1 long-range drones destroyed an ammunition depot and maintenance facility and damaged two radar systems at Russia's Millerovo airbase during an August 30 strike. The affected sensors were identified as an RSP-27 precision-approach radar and a Nebo-SV early-warning radar. Separate imagery from a September 4 attack at Sochi airport showed a Ka-52 and a Mi-28 attack helicopter destroyed and a Mi-8 transport helicopter damaged. Russian authorities had not publicly commented on either damage assessment when the report was published.
