Special Report: Greenroom Robotics positions autonomy technology for Australia's littoral fleet

Greenroom Robotics is seeking a role for its maritime autonomy technology in the Australian Army's new littoral vessel fleet under Project Land 8710. At Land Forces 2026 in Perth, the company described opportunities to incorporate autonomy while Landing Craft Medium and Landing Craft Heavy vessels are being developed, rather than adding it later. Its MIS-SIM software presentation included an Austal medium landing-craft concept as the Army shifts toward maritime manoeuvre operations. Greenroom's participation remains an industrial positioning effort, with no announced selection or contract to equip the Army's landing craft.
