MDA selected TOTE Services and Hanwha Philly Shipyard to build next-generation Missile Range Instrumentation Ships. The vessels will support US missile defence testing and telemetry. Award marks Hanwha's expanding US shipbuilding role. Replaces aging Cobra-class tracking ships.
