Trump Will 'Consider' Turkey Rejoining F-35 Program, Says U.S. Will Lift Sanctions

President Trump signaled openness to Turkey rejoining the F-35 program and committed to lifting CAATSA sanctions tied to Ankara's S-400 purchase. Turkey was expelled from the program in 2019. Reinstatement could restore Turkish industrial workshare and unlock backlog production. Technical conditions on the S-400 remain unresolved.
