TYTAN integrates TI-03 Hyperion interceptor on KNDS THeMIS UGV for mobile counter-drone defence

TYTAN integrated its TI-03 Hyperion counter-drone interceptor onto the KNDS-Milrem THeMIS uncrewed ground vehicle, creating a mobile system for defending against NATO Class II drones. The 7.5-kilogram weapon uses a rocket booster, electric terminal propulsion, thermal imaging and artificial-intelligence tracking, with a stated 30-kilometre range and 5,000-metre ceiling. Ground radar provides initial cueing before the interceptor operates in GPS-denied conditions, while a human remains in the engagement loop and the robotic carrier allows the launcher to reposition with reduced risk to crews.
