U.S. Air Force's biggest plane gets a $143M software deal
The U.S. Air Force awarded a $143 million software sustainment contract for the C-5M Super Galaxy strategic airlifter. The deal covers avionics software updates and mission systems maintenance to keep the fleet operational through the 2040s. The C-5M is the largest aircraft in the USAF inventory.
