U.S. Marines Demonstrate Rapid HIMARS Rocket Artillery Insertion Capability in Japan

US Marines demonstrated the rapid insertion of a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System in Japan, moving the launcher into position, preparing it for a mission, and displacing again. The activity tests how long-range fires can be distributed across islands and relocated before an adversary can detect and target them.
