UK Ministry of Defence says new MBDA missile logistics hub in Poland will strengthen air defence on NATO’s eastern flank

Britain and Poland have opened an MBDA logistics centre in Czosnów to support Poland's PILICA+ air-defence network. The site will provide local maintenance, logistics and training, enabling Polish equipment to be serviced more quickly while British personnel work alongside national specialists. It also reinforces a broader bilateral relationship that includes the NAREW programme, valued above £4 billion and expected to deliver more than 1,000 missiles and over 100 launchers. The centre is operational infrastructure for existing programmes, not a newly announced missile purchase, and no separate facility value was disclosed.
