Ukraine Reveals British RapidRanger Air Defense System Mounted on Spanish URO VAMTAC 4×4 Armored Vehicle

Ukraine has fielded the British RapidRanger short-range air defense system integrated onto a Spanish URO VAMTAC 4×4 armored chassis. The system fires Martlet lightweight multirole missiles against drones and low-flying threats. This mobile configuration enhances Ukrainian counter-UAS coverage. It reflects continued Western integration of donated air defense assets onto local platforms.
