Ukraine reveals ‘game changer’ RAM-2X strike drone

Ukraine unveiled RAM-2X, an updated loitering munition derived from the RAM II family and experience with the Leleka reconnaissance aircraft. The X-wing design is intended for longer-range precision strikes and operation in a heavily contested electronic-warfare environment, with targeting support available from other unmanned systems such as SHARK. Ukrainian reporting attributes substantial range, speed and payload figures to the weapon. Those specifications, production scale and claimed combat effects have not all been independently verified, so the disclosure shows an evolving capability rather than settled performance.
