Ukraine's defence ministry says amphibious ground robot completed first front-line resupply mission, carrying ammunition more than 40 km over land and water

Ukraine's Triton amphibious unmanned ground vehicle completed its first acknowledged frontline logistics mission with the 93rd Mechanized Brigade, traveling more than 40 kilometers across land and water. The robot delivered ammunition and supplies while shifting between driving and swimming modes, reducing the need to expose personnel on a hazardous route. The event followed months of development with troops and support from the Brave1 program, although officials did not disclose the location, payload weight, autonomy level, or whether additional vehicles are deployed. Repeated missions will be needed to demonstrate reliability, maintainability, and useful throughput under combat conditions and enemy interference.
