Ukraine has urged allied nations to accelerate both decisions and deliveries of air defence systems ahead of winter, identifying air defence, drones and long-range artillery as its top capability priorities for 2026. Deputy Defence Minister Serhii Boiev warned that the timing of support would affect Ukraine's position after the winter. Kyiv is also seeking foreign investment and joint production to expand its domestic defence industry, including in unmanned systems, ammunition and other modern weapons.
