Ukrainian interceptor drones join Pentagon test at Yuma

Ukrainian interceptor drones participated in a US Department of Defense evaluation at Yuma Proving Ground, bringing combat-informed counter-drone designs into an American test environment. The event gives US evaluators a controlled basis for measuring detection-to-intercept performance, speed, guidance, reliability and cost against representative targets while exposing Ukrainian teams to formal range and safety requirements. Participation does not indicate a Pentagon production award or operational adoption, but it can accelerate comparative assessment of low-cost kinetic interceptors designed to defeat one-way attack drones without consuming scarce surface-to-air missiles.
