USAF: Boeing F-47 Design Progressing, First Flight On Track

The U.S. Air Force said Boeing is progressing with the F-47 sixth-generation fighter design and remains on track for a first flight within the next two years, consistent with the programme's 2028 objective. Officials credited earlier technology-maturation and risk-reduction work with giving engineering and manufacturing development a head start. The current activity is design finalization and programme execution, not operational fielding or production delivery.
