The Alaska Air National Guard's 168th Wing has received four additional KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft, boosting its Arctic and global air refueling capacity. The reinforcement enhances U.S. air power projection capabilities across the Arctic region and Indo-Pacific approaches. The 168th Wing plays a key strategic role in supporting long-range missions from Eielson Air Force Base.
