Lite Coms to supply satcom terminals for Australian C4 programme
Lite Coms was selected by Boeing Defence Australia to supply more than 100 LITE SAT 1.3A tactical satellite terminals for the Australian Defence Force's LAND 4140 land command-and-control modernization programme. The rugged, lightweight terminals automatically acquire satellite links and are intended to provide deployed users with beyond-line-of-sight connectivity without the setup burden of larger fixed systems. Engineering and early low-rate production units are already being shipped, with the first main batch scheduled for delivery by the end of 2027, although the contract value was not disclosed.
