Israeli firm lands first order for its new drone defense turret
Axon Vision received the first order for its ForceField counter-drone turret from an unnamed Israeli defense organization. The agreement begins with approximately NIS 6 million in firm work and includes options worth another NIS 9 million, for a potential total near $5 million. Deliveries are planned within 12 months. ForceField uses passive sensors and artificial intelligence with a human in the decision loop to detect and engage threats, including fiber-optic-controlled first-person-view drones and other jam-resistant threats that are difficult to defeat through conventional radio-frequency jamming.
