U.S. approves potential $2.5 billion sale of IBCS air and missile defense command system to Kuwait
The U.S. has notified Congress of a potential $2.5 billion FMS package to Kuwait for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Northrop Grumman's next-generation air and missile defense C2 network. IBCS will enable Kuwait to integrate disparate sensors and shooters — including Patriot batteries — into a single networked engagement architecture.
