HawkEye 360 and Leonardo expand European space intelligence offering with dedicated RF capacity and local data delivery
HawkEye 360 and Leonardo signed a memorandum of understanding to combine space-based radio-frequency sensing with locally delivered European intelligence services. HawkEye 360's satellites detect and geolocate emitters, while Leonardo can integrate those observations with regional platforms, analytics, and customer support. Dedicated capacity could shorten collection timelines and give European users greater control over data handling for maritime, border, and defence missions. The agreement establishes a cooperation framework rather than a completed operational service, with commercial terms, capacity allocation, security accreditation, and national requirements still to be defined.
