Hanwha Aerospace signs agreement to transfer Homar-K launcher technology to Poland and enable local production of selected components
Hanwha Aerospace signed an agreement supporting transfer of Homar-K launcher technology and local manufacture of selected components in Poland. Homar-K combines South Korea's K239 Chunmoo launch module with Polish Jelcz vehicles and national communications and command systems. The step is meant to deepen Polish industrial participation, improve sustainment and reduce reliance on overseas supply for a fleet planned at hundreds of launchers. It complements separate efforts to localize compatible guided rockets, but the agreement does not mean every launcher or missile component will immediately be produced domestically.
