UK to buy three mine hunting motherships
The UK will procure three mine hunting mothership vessels to host uncrewed MCM systems. The move replaces legacy Sandown and Hunt-class MCMVs. Vessels will deploy autonomous surface and underwater systems. Procurement details and shipbuilders remain to be confirmed.
