Moroccan Industry Teams With KAI For FA-50 Offer
Korea Aerospace Industries signed a memorandum with Maintenance Aero Maroc and Sabca Maroc at the October 7–10, 2026, Marrakech Air Show to explore an FA-50/T-50 offer for Morocco. The partnership links KAI's light-combat and advanced-training aircraft family with Moroccan maintenance and industrial capabilities in support of a potential Royal Moroccan Air Force requirement. Discussions address the market opportunity for replacing ageing training and light-combat aircraft, but no aircraft quantity, price or delivery schedule has been announced. The agreement establishes an industrial and business-cooperation framework for a prospective proposal rather than a Moroccan aircraft purchase or final platform selection.
