Von der Leyen says Ukraine seeks several billion euros for PAC-3 Patriot air defense systems as EU governments review new funding request
Ukraine has asked European Union governments for several billion euros to acquire additional air-defence equipment, including PAC-3 interceptors for Patriot batteries.
