Russia Displays Pantsir on Belarusian MZKT-7930 Chassis at Tsentr-2026
Russia displayed a Pantsir air-defense system on a Belarusian MZKT-7930-312 8×8 chassis during the Chebarkul phase of Tsentr-2026, marking its first official exercise appearance in this configuration. The heavier wheeled carrier replaces the truck chassis more commonly associated with Pantsir and accommodates the weapon’s missile, cannon and radar equipment. The displayed system retains the recognizable combination of twelve ready missiles and two 30 mm cannons for close-range defense against aircraft, missiles and drones. The Minsk-built carrier has a 500-horsepower diesel engine and a published payload capacity of approximately 22–24 tonnes, providing a heavier platform for the combined gun-missile system.
