U.S. Army tests Rampage USV in the Philippines to improve intelligence during coastal operations
The U.S. Army has tested the Rampage Unmanned Surface Vehicle in Philippine coastal waters during Balikatan 2026, evaluating its ISR performance in littoral environments. The Rampage USV is designed to provide persistent maritime surveillance in contested coastal zones where manned platforms face elevated risk.
